Refund policy

At Formio Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.
• You must keep your proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Send an email to formiolife@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Once the return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the product amount within 14 days to the same payment method used at purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product. In this case, we will cover all costs and send you a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions Returns are not accepted for products that have been used for hygiene reasons, unless they are sealed and unopened.
